What information should I have ready when I call?

The make and rough age of the boiler, any fault code showing on the display, whether you have heating, hot water or neither, and the system pressure if there is a gauge. It is not essential, but it helps us arrive with the likely part already on the van.

How soon will you respond to a callback request?

Callback requests are answered during working hours, normally the same day. If your boiler has failed completely and you have no heating or hot water, please call 07922 163526 rather than using the form — the phone is always quicker.

What are your working hours?

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturday mornings 8am to 1pm. Urgent breakdowns outside those hours are dealt with case by case — call and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
